Fighting Back Against Parkinson's Disease
Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact boxing training program for people diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. During our sessions we fight against Parkinson's symptoms such as small and/or slow movements, bent posture, balance problems, stiffness, and shuffling gait. Classes are currently held on:
Tuesdays 1:00pm & 6:30pm
Thursdays 1:00pm
Saturdays 8:30am

Classes are between 75 and 90 minutes long
Since the classes are in a Taekwondo studio, boxers must participate in bare or stocking feet
